At least a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Management, or equivalent experience. Experience in key account management and international sales, preferably within academic, scientific, technical, or biotech markets. Good negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills. Results-driven, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth through strategic academic partnerships. Good analytical skills with the ability to translate market and customer insights into action. Accuracy and speed are essential personal qualities Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Full-time position based in Tartu, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site. Lead, develop, and grow international academic key accounts. Focus on academic and public-sector customers, building and expanding collaborations with major research institutes. Handling and processing of orders. Manage contracts and pricing discussions, if needed. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment between academic customer needs, product strategy, and execution. Provide structured market insights and academic customer feedback to support product development and portfolio positioning. Competitive compensation package and performance-linked incentives.
