Solid QA experience across complex, multi-component systems. Hands-on with both manual testing and automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar). Confidence testing APIs, backend services, and databases (PostgreSQL experience is a plus). Ability to debug issues by reading logs and tracing system behaviour — not just reproducing them. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows. Clear communication and a collaborative approach across technical and product teams. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to validate new features, investigate issues, and scale automated test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript. Day to day, that means: System-level verification across backend services, APIs, web interfaces, and device integrations. Planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities to keep releases sharp. Investigating complex behaviour by digging into logs, data flows, and system responses. Supporting validation in real-world environments that mix software with physical hardware. Building and maintaining automated tests alongside our Automation Engineer.
