Our client is an early-stage FinTech startup building a digital banking platform. Operating with a distributed international team, they have recently launched and are already experiencing strong market demand. To further scale their sales, they are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to build their outbound sales processes from the ground up and drive B2B lead generation across European markets. The role: As the first SDR, you will have the autonomy to shape the outbound playbook. This role is highly independent and is expected to evolve into a sales leadership position as the company grows. What you'll be doing: Build outbound sales processes from scratch Identify, prioritize, and approach high-value B2B leads(European SME owners) Drive targeted outreach through multiple channels Independently build and manage a sales pipeline Provide direct product feedback and market intelligence to the founding team Test and refine sales strategies to improve overall conversion rates What we’re looking for 3-5 years in B2B sales Proven instinct for sales and lead generation ability to build a pipeline Strong digital literacy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment High level of accountability and proactive communication Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating without micromanagement Fluency in English (written and spoken) Based in Estonia Nice to have: Familiarity with the FinTech market Additional European languages Understanding of sales tools and CRM is considered an advantage The offer Around 1800 - 2200 EUR gross/month base salary, plus a performance bonus Fully remote work setup with flexible hours Trust-based, transparent company culture with flat hierarchy All necessary equipment provided Direct impact on the business and a clear growth path toward a Team Lead role Hiring process: 1.
