Rimi Baltic is looking for a Corporate Communication Lead to drive internal and external communication across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. If You have: Higher education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Solid experience in corporate communications or public relations; Proven experience in developing and executing strategic communication and crisis communication plans; Proficiency in developing content for multiple channels, such as press releases, social media, websites, intranet, videos, and corporate presentations; Understanding of digital communication channels, social media, and communication analytics; Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages; Experience working in an international or matrix organization is considered an advantage. We will entrust You: Developing and implementing Baltic-wide internal and external communication strategies; Managing corporate reputation, public relations, and media communication activities; Leading crisis communication and reputation risk management initiatives; Supporting leadership communication and key corporate messaging; Managing Baltic communication channels, including Worknet, web and social media platforms; Planning and executing communication campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement activities; Creating communication content for employees, media, and external stakeholders; Monitoring communication performance and identifying improvement opportunities; Collaborating with local communication teams, business stakeholders, and external partners; Managing communication budgets and ensuring effective resource allocation. Compensation: Salary3700 - 4200 EURper month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
