In this role you'll be a key business partner to operational and finance leadership, owning financial planning and performance management for the B2C business. You lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring strong execution, clear priorities, and continuous improvement. You'll turn complex financial and operational data into clear insights that guide commercial decisions, support growth opportunities, and directly shape business performance. This is a high-visibility role with close exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Europe, the US, and Japan. You’ll play a central role in how the business is planned, forecasted, and understood, while also helping to develop a modern, data-driven FP&A function as the company scales. Core responsibilities Lead and develop the B2C FP&A function, including team leadership, prioritization of work, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all planning and reporting activities. Own the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting across revenue, cost of sales, OPEX, and CAPEX. Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and clear communication of financial results to Corporate Finance and business stakeholders. Deliver monthly management reporting, including P&L analysis, variance explanations, and key performance insights to support decision-making. Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling, and support for valuation and commercial decision-making (e.g. new markets, partnerships, and business cases). Support strategic planning cycles, including long-term planning, annual operating plans, and executive-level presentations. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights using dashboards (e.g. Tableau) and presentations for senior leadership. Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Business Development to understand performance drivers, market dynamics, and support business growth opportunities. Drive effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication across multiple levels of the organization, working closely with global teams across Europe, the US, and Japan, with flexibility to adapt working hours when needed to support business priorities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and KPI data across reporting, planning, and analysis. Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, automation, and reporting quality in collaboration with Accounting and Finance teams. Experience and key competencies Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar finance roles in an international environment, including strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Experience in iGaming, tech, or fast-paced digital businesses is a plus. 3+ years of people leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, and a mindset open to feedback and continuous growth as a leader. Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and translate them into clear insights. Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Dynamics 365, SQL) is an advantage. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Experience in improving processes, driving efficiency, and enhancing financial reporting or planning frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to work across cultures, functions, and time zones. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
