Strong legal background, ideally from a regulated sector Previous in-house experience in a senior Legal & Compliance role Solid understanding of regulated business environments Experience working with supervisory authorities, or readiness to step into that responsibility Ability to translate legal topics into practical business language Very good Estonian and English Proactive and collaborative working style A background in consumer lending or financial services, along with Finnish language skills, would be a strong advantage. Advising the business and leadership on legal and regulatory matters Reviewing and updating contracts, terms and legal documentation Working with supervisory authorities and partners in Estonia and Finland Supporting product and service development from a legal/compliance perspective Helping shape practical, business-friendly legal solutions Willingness to assume Management Board responsibility related to Estonian consumer lending activities.
