OMODA & JAECOO is seeking an experienced automotive professional to lead the brand launch, business development, and operational performance in the Estonian market. The Managing Director will be responsible for establishing a strong premium market presence, developing dealer and fleet operations, and ensuring sustainable business growth aligned with OEM standards and strategic objectives. Key Skills & Qualifications · Higher education. · Minimum 5 years of senior management experience within the automotive industry. · Strong understanding of automotive importer and dealer operations. · Experience launching or developing automotive brands in a competitive market environment. · Proven track record in sales management, network development, and business growth. · Strong commercial understanding of fleet, leasing, and financing operations. · Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. · Strong analytical and financial management capabilities. · Experience working with OEM standards, reporting structures, and operational processes. · Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs. Knowledge of AutoMaster program will be considered an advantage · Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial environment. · Fluent Estonian and English language skills; Russian language is considered an advantage. · B category drivers’ license. Business Development & Market Launch · Lead the market launch and full business development of OMODA & JAECOO in Estonia. · Develop and execute the annual business plan, including sales, aftersales, marketing, network, and profitability targets. · Ensure strong premium brand positioning and customer experience standards in the local market. · Drive sustainable market share growth through strategic and operational execution. Sales & Network Management · Build, manage, and develop the dealer network in line with OEM standards and CI requirements. · Drive retail, fleet, leasing, and corporate sales performance. · Establish and maintain strong relationships with leasing companies, banks, fleet customers, and strategic business partners. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategy, and customer demand to ensure competitive positioning. Importer Operations · Manage importer operations including logistics, stock planning, vehicle ordering, and market availability. · Ensure efficient coordination between OEM, dealer network, and local operations. · Implement and maintain OEM operational standards across sales, aftersales, reporting, and customer satisfaction processes. Marketing & Brand Development · Lead local marketing and PR strategy together with OEM and agency partners. · Ensure strong brand awareness, digital visibility, and premium positioning across all channels. · Support launch campaigns, media activities, events, and customer engagement initiatives. Financial & Business Performance · Ensure achievement of financial targets, sustainable profitability, and effective cost management. · Monitor KPI performance and implement corrective actions where required. · Prepare regular sales, operational, and financial reports for shareholders and OEM partners.
