10 years of HR Management experience In depth knowledge of Estonian labour law and regulations In depth knowledge of Estonian language Some knowledge of spoken Russian would be appreciated Fair command of English language, able to actively participate in meetings in English and write memos, notes, emails and the like in English Knowledge of the design or construction businesses would be appreciated To lead recruiting, onboarding, training, relocation activities of JV personnel, including contacts with head hunters of needed To make sure all contracts and activities comply with Estonian laws and regulations To liaise with Estonian authorities, JV Members, all Alliance personnel, Unions, stakeholders on all HR-related issues To assist joint venture expatriates and facilitates their relocating in Estonia To make sure all HR reporting is completed and submitted in due time To propose and handle Alliance internal communication, training, and wellbeing activities in Estonia An exceptional multi-national working environment in a unique Project, one of a kind in a generation.
