We are looking for someone who is motivated to build new business, develop long-term client relationships, and become a trusted advisor to companies across Estonia. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is independent, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their results. You will receive structured onboarding and hands-on coaching from senior team members! Find and contact new B2B clients through outreach, referrals, LinkedIn and networking Run the full cycle sales process with support from the team when needed Build and keep regular contact with clients and partners via meetings and follow-ups Attend professional events to generate leads and grow your network Organise and take part in webinars and business events Work closely with colleagues across the Baltics and with partners to put together the best solutions for clients Great communication and listening skills, and ability to understand client needs to build long-term partnerships. Strong planning and follow-up habits, and ability to manage several leads at the same time. Proactive and responsible way of working, willingness to learn and ask for input. Very good Estonian and English, Russian is an advantage. Previous experience with B2B sales, preparing offers and contracts, and running sales meetings, is beneficial.
