We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with organizational goals. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements, maintaining product backlog, and supporting delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. How You Will Make an Impact: Lead and facilitate requirements engineering process and other business analysis related activities in your domain by engaging with required Stakeholders (including but not limited to business, data management and technology implementation teams) to define, analyze, design and document, validate and manage business requirements (functional, non-functional, data) throughout the change life-cycle. Collect and analyse data requirements, technical specifications, data mapping within your domain, perform analysis on large sets of data and extract actionable insights and other related activities; deliver elements of design such as data transformation rules, business rules, data mappings etc. Align the requirements specifications to general data and technology landscape roadmaps; identify, define, and manage dependencies and synergies between technology developments and different business areas requirements. Manage and maintain an overarching view on business and data requirements linked to your domain (business area). Conduct stakeholder analysis, gather information and views, and manage linked communications to engage the Stakeholders during the requirements engineering process to ensure business needs are properly translated into the requirements for solution implementation within your domain (business area). Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques within your domain (business area), participate in the data sourcing and procurement process by researching the needed data and validating its fit-to-requirements. Support Data Stewards in metadata collection and data quality activities. Work with Data engineering and IT development, testing, and business delivery teams to prioritise change items and bring new features and functionality to successful release. Continuously raise and follow through the ideas for optimization and improvement of solutions and/or processes. What Makes You a Great Fit: At least 3 years professional experience in Business Analysis or a related field in software development process throughout all the phases of development. At least 3 years' experience with banking or other finance industry, good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT (Information Technology) systems. Good knowledge and experience of your domain (business area). Good knowledge and experience of requirements engineering process. Good business process modelling skills. Good logical data modelling skills. Good knowledge and experience of Project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Good understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts. Data literacy foundation and practice. Good to advanced leadership, Stakeholders’ engagement skills. Good SQL skills preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Atlasian JIRA, Confluence) preferred. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level Why You Will Love Working Here: Flexibility.
