Requirements Basic understanding of software development fundamentals. Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web development concepts. Familiarity with Git or willingness to learn. Ability to break tasks or problems into smaller, logical steps. Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and development practices. Willingness to collaborate with developers, QA engineers, PMs, and other team members. Openness to feedback and readiness to improve based on guidance from mentors and code reviews. Attention to detail when writing code, testing changes, and checking edge cases. Patience and a structured approach when investigating bugs or unexpected behavior. Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. Responsibilities Write, test, and maintain code according to project requirements. Fix minor bugs and support improvements in existing functionality. Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback. Help with technical documentation when needed. Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, PMs, and other team members. Learn and follow internal development processes, coding standards, and project workflows. Research technical topics and propose possible solutions under supervision.
