Join us to build and own a new growth area in digital sales across the Baltics. As Growth Partnerships Manager, you will create and scale If’s referral, affiliate and digital partnership ecosystem from the ground up, turning partnerships into a predictable customer acquisition and revenue channel. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Partnerships Manager who is ready to step into a newly created role and build, own and develop a new growth area for If in the Baltics. This is a hands-on build-and-own role, where you will be expected to create structure, take initiative and drive the area forward. You will define scalable ways of working, recruit and manage partners, develop incentive models and turn partnerships into a measurable growth channel. In this role, you will work with strategic partnerships, affiliate networks, referral programs and digital platform integrations that support customer acquisition, digital sales and long-term business growth. You will be part of the e-commerce team but collaborate closely with product, MarTech, legal, IT, data and partnerships teams, while taking clear ownership of the partner ecosystem and its commercial performance. You will be responsible for Building If’s referral, affiliate and digital partnership program from the ground up, including the operating model, governance, processes and partner onboarding approach. Creating scalable partner management practices, incentive models, commission structures and performance standards. Identifying, recruiting, onboarding and developing high-value affiliates across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities that support digital sales and customer acquisition. Owning the commercial performance of affiliate and referral channels, including leads, conversions, revenue, ROI and customer acquisition impact. Using data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimise partnership activities. Collaborating with MarTech, product, marketing, legal, IT, data and partneships teams to ensure smooth customer journeys, technical integrations, compliance and alignment with business priorities. Developing cross-sell opportunities within selected customer segments, including health-insured customers with additional product potential. What do we expect from you? At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth partnerships, affiliate or referral marketing, business development, e-commerce or a similar field. Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition, partner-driven growth and performance marketing principles. Experience in identifying, negotiating with and managing external partners or commercial relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, bring structure and move topics forward independently. Proven ability to build something from the ground up, such as an affiliate or referral program, partner network, sales channel or new way of working. Analytical mindset and ability to use performance data, KPIs and business insights to make decisions and improve results. Good understanding of digital tools, tracking, attribution, customer journeys and conversion optimisation. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment. Excellent written and spoken English and excellent knowledge of Estonian.
