You have previous experience for at least 3 years as a Chief Accountant in an international company. You have a university degree in financial area and a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. You have a strong, ambitious, result oriented personality, and you are ready to lead the team. You have experience with large accounting systems (preferably SAP) and good Excel skills. You are strong in verbal and written communication in English. You are ready to audit current business processes, initiate and drive the change. Overseeing the accounting functions daily work, leading financial reporting, balance sheet management and internal control compliance. Taking responsibility for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, month and year end closing. Ensuring that the accounting records are compliant with fiscal regulations and taxation documents are accurately and timely prepared and submitted to the government agencies. Coordinating the year-end audit and the supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Analyzing departments work and procedures to improve efficiency and use of resources. Leading and developing the team of financial professionals to meet the objectives and responsibilities of the accounting function.
