ReplicaDent OÜ is a rapidly growing manufacturer of high-precision medical devices for dentistry. Due to the expansion of our production, we are looking for a CNC Machine Operator-Setter (Swiss-Type) to join our team. Requirements: Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator-Setter. Ability to read technical drawings. Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming. Experience working with CAM systems. Experience operating Swiss-type CNC machines will be considered an advantage. Responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop professionally. Knowledge of Russian Language is required, Estonian is a plus Key Responsibilities: Operate new Citizen Cincom Swiss-type CNC machines. Set up and commission CNC equipment. Select and adjust cutting tools. Modify and optimize existing CNC programs. Ability to independently create new CNC programs will be considered an advantage. Perform quality control of manufactured products using modern measuring equipment. Ensure stable machine operation and compliance with production standards. Work on new, modern Citizen Cincom Swiss-type CNC machines. Opportunity to manufacture high-tech medical products. Employment in a stable and rapidly growing company.
