Categorizing and prioritizing incidents and service requests to ensure effective, timely, and efficient resolution. Performing initial analysis and troubleshooting and providing first-line support to resolve incidents and service requests promptly. Escalating cases to the appropriate next level of support when necessary. Following up on incidents and service requests and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. Coordinating with the next level of support to facilitate timely resolution. Communicating with customers to keep them informed about progress, planned changes, and scheduled outages.
