Role Summary : As a Recruitment Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team, collaborating closely with consultants to deliver high-end Executive Search services not only for clients in Estonia but also internationally. Dive into market mapping and analysis, talents identification, candidates approach and assessment while gaining invaluable insights and contributing directly to project success. Conduct market research, identify executives, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates for Executive Search assignments through the internal firm database, external resources, and market outreach; Assess candidates to verify they possess the required qualifications, skills, and experience for senior and executive roles; Maintain precise records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and other pertinent information in our recruitment database; Regularly provide reports on the progression of the recruitment process to internal stakeholders and clients; Assist senior professionals with administrative tasks and maintaining databases in accordance with the company's standards. Fluent spoken and written Estonian and English is a must; University Degree or currently in process; Proficient computer (MS applications) skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Detail oriented, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Good time management skills; Team player, hardworking and committed to delivering results; Dedicated, passionate, with a strong willingness to learn.
