Purpose of the role: As a Receptionist at Bombay Club, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the reception area. This entails welcoming guests, facilitating registration, and addressing any inquiries they may have during their visit and beyond. Your responsibilities will be: Meet and greet guests professionally and courteously. Register all guests on the management system, ensuring compliance with local legislation and KYC requirements, and communicate these processes to the guests. Address all incoming queries effectively (phone, email, etc.), and as quickly as possible. Assist management with player and guest identification, and fulfill additional relevant requests from management in other tasks regarding administration and communication. Provide guidance and advice to guests about the local area and activities. Demonstrate a proactive approach by anticipating and fulfilling the requirements of our guests, going the extra mile when possible. Possess the capability to execute emergency procedures, including those for fire, police, ambulance, and other unforeseen emergencies. Key skills & requirements: Tech-savviness and basic computer skills. Poise and ability to communicate in a consistently professional and courteous manner at all times. Readiness to maintain an outstanding appearance at all times. Accuracy and attention to detail when performing daily tasks. Seamless, clear, and concise communication skills to keep colleagues up to date on relevant daily operations. Fluency in English is mandatory, with any additional language skills being beneficial. Flexibility regarding working hours, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attentiveness to constantly and consistently anticipate our guests' needs, preferences, and requirements, and take action accordingly to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
