Evaluate and adjust the game offerings based on performance data and player preferences. Plan and execute engaging promotional campaigns to boost player acquisition and retention. Work closely with the CRM team to develop promotions that align with player preferences and market trends. Generate regular reports on game performance, campaign results, and other key metrics. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and improve overall brands and platforms performance. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (such as marketing, product, and customer service) and external partners. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
