Loading Manager & Systems Lead

We are looking for a Loading Manager & Systems Lead to join the HX. The main job purpose is to ensure that designed products, packages, prices and parameters become «live» and bookable to our customers across markets and booking channels in an efficient manner. Daily tasks: Ensure that all products are available across all booking channels Ensure the sailing schedule is loaded and updated Ensure the deck plan is loaded and updated Advise on backend system development and performance Advise on strategic and tactical approaches processes and product setup Act as an advisor to key stakeholders in Revenue Management, on how to ensure efficient handling processes Ensure that sufficient resources and processes are in place for loaded prices and parameters to be sufficiently tested/QAd Ensure sufficient focus is given to both products (EXP and COA) Broad loading skill set to cover for team members Define relevant procedures for the loading team Be available outside normal working hours if needed Instigate a commercial mindset within the team, by seeking solutions that balance the business needs with the need for simplification where possible Bachelors or higher degree Industry experience 3-5 years of experience with Hurtigruten systems (SW, PG) Manager experience Ability to grasp new concepts quickly Detail oriented Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Work well under pressure and with limited direction Familiarity with the travel/ leisure /cruise industry null
