As a rapidly growing airline, we are looking for a talented individual to play a key role in shaping our success. The Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the alignment of financial records across various sources within the aviation sector. This role involves identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial accounts. Main Responsibilities Compare financial records from different sources to detect inconsistencies. Investigate the root causes of identified discrepancies. Take proactive measures to resolve outstanding issues causing discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to address discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Develop and implement tools to enhance the efficiency of reconciliation processes. Provide assistance to other departments on reconciliation-related matters. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all reconciliation activities. Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and company policies. Collect post-flight documentation, calculate flight, and block hours, and passenger payloads. Generate daily and monthly reports to the Commercial Director.
