Identifying new opportunities (sales opportunities, development projects) in fast-growing sub-segments of the market. Finding sales opportunities for our products in sub-segments not yet targeted by us. Bringing information on new technologies and trends adopted by clients and making proposals for development projects based on this. Participating in client calls and visits, leading technology-related discussions, finding sales opportunities for our products. Representing the company at trade fairs, conferences, customer visits and customer calls. Thorough knowledge of nucleic acid manipulation and detection methods. Preferably a master’s degree in gene technology or molecular biology. English on at least C1 level. Full-time position in Tartu, with at least 3 days per week in the office. You have a strong analytical and business-oriented mindset, you are focused on results and setting high goals for yourself. You wish to learn, develop yourself, find new challenges and overcome these challenges in a highly competitive and constantly changing field of business. You are loyal and determined, independent in your decisions and ready to take responsibility for these decisions. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to assert yourself, if needed. You are passionate about running and developing a top-level enterprise and bringing on growth in sales with your team.
