In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Hold a holistic business view in the sustainability area for Baltic Banking Corporate Segment including creation of activity plans and KPIs Align business line expectations and provide input into sustainability strategy development for Baltic Banking and country corporate segments Consult country corporate segment on sustainability matters and ensure integration into strategic documents (SIP, Corporate strategy, Business Transformation Plan) Provide input on trends, developments, and policy content to BB Sustainability Office Ensure corporate portfolio alignment and client engagement in sustainability transition plans Integrate sustainability requirements into lending frameworks (processes, pricing, conditions, collateral valuation) based on ECB and EBA guidelines in cooperation with other units of Corporate Segment Management Drive ESG business growth and originate sustainable finance solutions Support regulatory responses and assess business impact of regulatory changes Give inputs for technology development needs for ESG data, processes and products What is needed in this role: University degree in Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar Experience and knowledge of sustainability and ESG topics Strong project and stakeholder management skills Networking and negotiation skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration with Baltic and Group colleagues Ability to travel across Baltic countries " Join our team and... you will be an integral part of our journey towards developing corporate business in Baltic Banking.
