Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team. Start work full-time; A mandatory 3-week training at our office in Tallinn, Pärnu mnt 160 D ( Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30), where you will gain a full understanding of the job specifics; After training, work is based in the office (Pärnu mnt 160D), with hybrid or remote options available within Estonia; Flexible working hours 24/7; Endless growth opportunities: majority of our managers and leaders started their careers as customer service specialists; Permanent contract; Monthly sports compensation (€20); International and inclusive environment, that makes you feel supported, encouraged, and welcome from day one; Continuous development through our internal learning platforms and external training; Monthly salary: €1327 gross + additional payment for night shifts. In this role, you will: Represent multiple client companies and provide professional support across a variety of customer inquiries; Handle incoming calls and ensure a high-quality customer experience while assisting customers with different services and solutions. Intermediate Estonian, Russian and English language skills (for all 3 languages must be at least B2 level); Multi-tasking capabilities; Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience; Availability to work evening, night and weekend shifts.
