Credeo Kindlustusmaakler OÜ is an independent credit insurance broker operating in the Baltics, working with the world’s leading credit insurers and supporting companies in managing trade risks and growing their business safely. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Credit Insurance Sales Manager who is motivated to build new business, develop long-term client relationships, and become a trusted partner to companies across Estonia and the Baltics. In this role you will develop new business in Estonia, advise companies on credit risk management and credit insurance solutions, and work closely with decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, finance leaders) and international insurers. The role suits someone who is independent, proactive and ready to take ownership of their results. Find and approach new B2B clients Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing, implementation and long-term partnership development Actively meet clients and insurers Use LinkedIn and events for networking, visibility and lead generation Organise or participate in webinars and business events where you can share knowledge Plan your activities, follow up consistently and work towards agreed KPIs Collaborate with the Baltic team and insurance partners to build the best solutions for clients Previous B2B sales experience (finance/insurance background is a plus) Experience with negotiations and preparing proposals Strong communication and listening skills: able to understand client needs and build trust Disciplined and organised: good time management, planning and prioritisation Proactive, independent and responsible Comfortable working with senior decision-makers Excellent Estonian and English, Russian is an advantage Interest in learning about credit insurance and financial solutions At Credeo, we believe that credit insurance is not just a product — it is a strategic tool that helps companies grow safely.
