Ericsson - one of the world's leading providers of telecommunications equipment, software, and services for mobile networks is looking for an ICT Project Manager to lead complex IT and ICT projects and deployments across its global Supply, RD, and IT organizations, working closely with international stakeholders and teams worldwide. In this role you will: Drive impactful ICT/IT projects and deployments across a truly global footprint of manufacturing, EMS, PTD and repair sites. Work closely with highly skilled colleagues and stakeholders from different functions and geographies. Contribute to continuous improvement of our project and deployment practices, with the opportunity to influence how we deliver ICT solutions at scale. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience leading complex ICT/IT projects in global and cross-functional environments. Strong track record of delivering projects on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, PRINCE2). Skilled in stakeholder management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Good understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and networks. Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English with experience working in international environments. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage. As ICT Project Manager, you will lead projects for a defined period of time towards agreed goals in terms of scope, time, cost and quality, in accordance with commitments made with the Project Sponsor. You will ensure that contracts for products and services are delivered to the satisfaction of both the Project Sponsor and Ericsson, driving clear scope definition, robust planning and disciplined execution. You will be an active participant in project governance, engaging closely with stakeholders and steering groups to secure successful outcomes.
