You are responsible for the quality of projects overall technical solutions and the technical decisions made. You translate sales and customer requirements into technical solutions and ensure their feasibility in cooperation with project managers and other stakeholders. You lead and coordinate the technical work of the engineering team (mechanical, automation, electrical) within projects. You act as the technical lead for product and development projects and validate critical technical solutions. You carry out and review design work and support and mentor engineers, contributing to the development of the team’s overall technical competence. Willingness to take responsibility for technical decisions and their impact on project budget, schedule, and quality, and the ability to view technical solutions holistically. Ability to lead and coordinate technical work and make wellreasoned technical decisions. Higher education in engineering or a related technical field, and practical experience in a lead engineer or similar role within projectbased manufacturing. Strong cooperation and communication skills with various stakeholders, and very good command of English, both written and spoken. Real influence over the company’s technical solutions, decisions, and product development.
