Are you passionate about building integrationheavy solutions that connect a SaaS platform with Swedbank’s P&C Insurance ecosystem? As a fullstack developer, you’ll primarily work on backend-focused features involving system integrations. This includes connecting our SaaS solution with internal systems using APIs and event-driven communication, while still contributing to the frontend when needed. In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Building and maintaining highquality, welltested code across frontend and backend, with code reviews; Developing and contributing to the design of reliable, highperformance applications, including services, APIs, and userfacing components; Owning endtoend feature development, from design and implementation to deployment and production support; Designing, developing, and supporting integration services, REST APIs, and eventdriven flows using Kafka; Working with existing monolithic and legacy solutions, supporting their integration and gradual evolution; Collaborating closely with developers, architects, product roles, and our SaaS vendor to deliver features endtoend; Taking ownership of your services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution; Contributing to improving our technical standards, ways of working, and system design. What is needed in this role: A proactive and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a sense of responsibility; Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team; Comfortable taking responsibility for delivering features to production with support from the team; Practical experience working with serviceoriented, microservicebased, or monolithic architectures; Handson experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs; Experience with SQL databases; Experience working with Kafka or other eventdriven messaging platforms; Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript (not required to be your primary focus); Businesslevel English, written and spoken. Nice to have: Experience working in scaled agile environments (SAFe); Experience with AKS or similar managed k8s platforms; Experience with CI/CD; Experience with observability and monitoring solutions.
