Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant. Languages: Russian (Fluent), English (Upper Intermediate), Estonian (Upper Intermediate). Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized and methodical. Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters. Self-confidence and the ability to make decisions within your area of expertise. A background in psychology is a plus. Important: You must have a European passport or be able to travel freely within Europe. You must be willing to go on extended business trips lasting one month or longer. Your responsibilities: Course and event registration—finding suitable options, processing registrations, tracking payments, and sending reminders about start dates. Research and verification—analyzing data on government services, documents, schedules, and training sessions. Calendar management—organizing schedules, creating to-do lists, and setting reminders. Working with government services—assisting with registration, checking statuses, and providing guidance on processes. Handling everyday matters—arranging services (repairs, deliveries), scheduling doctor’s appointments, dealing with utility providers, and making reservations. Motivation and accountability—not just being an assistant, but a partner who helps you avoid putting off tasks and overcome procrastination. Support during long trips—willingness to travel on business trips with the manager, assisting with organizational, personal, and administrative tasks while on the road. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Interesting tasks and a dynamic work environment. Probationary period - 3 months Fully remote work format. Full-time employment under an Estonian employment contract. Paid annual leave in accordance with Estonian law: 28 calendar days per year.
