I’m writing this because our home situation changed quite a bit in the last months and sadly our cat is the one affected by it. Our Scottish Fold male named Leo has been living with us for about two and a half years and he is honestly one of the calmest cats I’ve ever seen. He isn’t the type that climbs everywhere or causes chaos in the house. Most of the day he simply sits near the window watching outside like he’s analyzing the entire neighborhood. When we watch TV in the evening he slowly walks over and lies down next to the couch without asking for attention but clearly enjoying the presence of people. The problem started when we had our first baby recently and the house became a lot noisier than before. Since then he hides more often and it’s obvious he feels stressed. I don’t want him to spend the rest of his life in an environment that makes him uncomfortable
