Our ESST site in Tallinn is a dynamic, fast-paced supply environment where accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping our stock data accurate, our processes compliant, and our operations running smoothly. What You Will Do: As our Inventory Control Specialist, you will be the go-to person for everything related to physical inventory accuracy and process integrity at ESST. Coordinate accurate and timely physical counts of inventory items across the site Ensure actual stock levels align with recorded data in the inventory management system Analyze stock data, identify root causes of discrepancies, and lead corrective actions Create and follow up on routings, and make stock adjustments in SAP Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, and global and local regulatory standards Lead internal audits for inventory control at ESST and participate in broader audit activities as needed Drive and monitor stocktaking KPIs and performance indicators Train and onboard stocktaking operators, building team capability over time Provide first-line operational support for stocktaking-related issues What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Material Handling, Finance, or a related field - or at least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience Solid understanding of inventory control regulations, including SOX, internal policies, and procedures Familiarity with material handling processes within a supply or production environment Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to lead incremental change initiatives Effective communicator and collaborator across teams and functions Proficiency in SAP and other inventory management systems Experience with ERP systems and Power BI dashboard creation is a strong advantage Good command of English, both written and spoken Please note, only local (Estonia based) applicants will be considered as there is no relocation on offer.
