This is a good position for someone who is organized, practical, communicative and able to take responsibility for their own work. The travel industry is dynamic, and plans can change quickly. The role sometimes requires fast reactions, flexibility and clear communication with both clients and suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for tour operations and purchasing activities in Europe, working closely with our sales office in Taiwan and our suppliers across Europe. Main responsibilities include: Coordinating tour operations with the sales office and European suppliers Sending bookings and requests to hotels, transport companies, restaurants, guides and other suppliers Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers in Europe Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible offers for the company Assisting the sales team with quotations Checking invoices and supplier confirmations Handling operational issues and emergency cases during office hours and, when agreed, outside regular working hours Supporting purchasing activities across European destinations Office in Tallinn city center Stable office-based position in Tallinn Work in a motivated international team International B2B travel environment Practical experience in European group travel operations Daily communication with partners from different countries Opportunity to learn about travel purchasing, operations and destination management Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand in Asia
