Thorough knowledge and previous work experience in product management, marketing and/or R&D teams in life sciences area. 3+ years experience in leading a team. Preferably at least master’s degree in gene technology, molecular biology, or chemistry. Participating in client meetings, leading technology-related discussions, finding sales opportunities for our products. Ability and will to lead and execute operative activities (e.g. compiling reports, running different analyses, improving processes). English on at least C1 level. Readiness to work in Tartu on at least 3 days of the week. You have a strong analytical and business-oriented mindset, you are focused on results and setting high goals for yourself and your team. You wish to learn, develop yourself, find new challenges and overcome these challenges in a highly competitive and constantly changing field of business. You are loyal and determined, independent in your decisions and ready to take responsibility for these decisions. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to assert yourself, if needed. You are passionate about running and developing a top-level enterprise and bringing on growth in sales with your team.
