Required: Experience in project coordination or project management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Language skills: fluent English (bonus to know Estonian, Russian, Finnish, Swedish and other languages). Manufacturing and quality standard experience. Production technology understanding. Advantages: Practical experience with SolidWorks and CAD design work. Proven ability to create 3D models, technical drawings, and design documentation. Coordinate communication between clients, production, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations. Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively. Working with new and existing customers, giving the highest level of customer service. Handling different types of manufacturing and projects.
