Test Technology – Test Project Office is looking for a Test Project Manager to lead the execution of test system development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality test solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, driving, and delivering test projects involving hardware and software development. The projects focus on developing hardware and software solutions for production test systems used in Ericsson's manufacturing environment to test and verify 5G Radio products before they reach customers. You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and Test Program Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business priorities. What you will do: Lead end-to-end execution of test development projects Plan, monitor, and drive project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies Manage and prioritize project backlogs together with technical teams and stakeholders Coordinate development of test solutions, including hardware and software deliverables Facilitate communication between engineering teams and project stakeholders Track project progress, report status, and proactively manage risks and issues Ensure effective ways of working within Agile development teams Drive continuous improvements in project execution and delivery Collaborate with Test Program Managers to align project deliveries with program objectives and priorities The skills you bring: • Proven experience leading development projects • Understanding of product development, hardware-software integration, or system development • Experience working with Agile teams and backlog management • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills • Ability to balance scope, schedule, quality, and budget • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments • High proficiency in English Please note, only local (Estonia based) applicants are considered as there is no relocation on offer.
