Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry (logistics, commercial, or industrial construction projects) Knowledge of construction methods and technologies. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, teamwork, and planning skills. Manage the construction of a logistics complex from the preparatory phase through to project completion and handover. Work closely with the Project Manager to make technical and engineering decisions while adhering to the approved budget and project timeline. Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities. Develop detailed construction schedules, monitor progress, and implement adjustments as required. Manage subcontractors and oversee work quality, timelines, and scope. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and construction regulations. Review project documentation and optimize technical solutions. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Procurement Department, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare projects for final handover and participate in handover procedures together with the Project Manager.
