Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field. 4-5 years’ end-to-end experience delivering large industrial or commercial projects for a developer or general contractor. Proven track record in cost optimization and schedule control. Fluent English and excellent Estonian for local stakeholder management. Valid driving license and readiness to travel within the Baltics. Shape project concepts, manage external design partners and secure all approvals. Prepare and control budgets and schedules while championing value-engineering. Run competitive tenders, appoint contractors and supervise the entire build. Coordinate suppliers and liaise with state authorities. Report progress to our Baltic Country Lead and collaborate with development, leasing, procurement, legal and finance teams. You can develop landmark buildings that reduce tenants’ energy expenses. You can take end-to-end ownership of projects ranging from 15,000 to 50,000 m², guiding them from concept through to handover.
