Have at least 3 years of experience in system and business analysis within software development projects Have practical experience with UML, BPMN, system modelling, and requirements specification Have experience designing REST APIs and integrating with external IT systems Have basic skills in SQL querying and working with relational databases Be confident working directly with clients, facilitating discussions, and managing stakeholder expectations Be proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Be a team player, who genuinely cares about clients, colleagues, and delivery quality Be fluent in Estonian and English, both written and spoken Nice to have: Experience with public sector or government projects, including public procurement tenders Higher education in IT, business/system analysis or something similar Analyse business processes and stakeholder needs, translating them into clear system requirements and solution designs Create specifications, process models, data models, user stories, and other analysis documentation Design and document REST APIs, integrations, and interactions with external IT systems Collaborate closely with clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle Participate in project planning, backlog refinement, scope definition, and effort estimation activities Help ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered according to agreed requirements Great working conditions – We value your work-life balance and support a hybrid work model with flexibility to work both from the office and from home.
