Requirements: Experience in the following roles: Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, Administrative Director, Business Operations Manager, Legal/Finance Coordinator, Company Representative, or similar positions. Experience working with international companies. Experience managing contracts, payments, and legal or accounting processes. Experience interacting with lawyers, accountants, banks, government agencies, contractors, or service providers. Experience signing documents on behalf of the company or working under a power of attorney or within the scope of delegated authority. Languages: Russian (Fluent), English (Upper-Intermediate), Estonian (Fluent). Degree in economics, law, engineering, or another relevant field. High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to independently organize work, monitor deadlines, and see tasks through to completion. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail when handling documents, payments, and agreements. Willingness to perform occasional on-site tasks as needed. Your responsibilities: Supporting the company’s administrative, legal, financial, and organizational processes. Liaising with legal, accounting, banking, and other service providers. Communicating with employees, contractors, consultants, intermediaries, and external partners. Preparing, coordinating, signing, and managing documents within the scope of your approved authority. Managing payments in accordance with agreed-upon procedures, limits, and approvals from the owners. Entering into contracts with intermediaries, contractors, service providers, and other counterparties. Visiting tax offices, banks, notaries, government agencies, and other organizations as needed. Monitoring document flow, deadlines, obligations, and routine administrative tasks. Carrying out business assignments from the company’s owners. Maintaining order in processes, documents, communications, and agreements. Ensuring confidentiality and the proper handling of the company’s internal information. What we offer: Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Remote work without a fixed office location. Official employment contract. Paid vacation and sick leave.
