We are looking for a Management Specialist to support and enhance organisational processes and quality standards. In this role, you will contribute to planning activities, support leadership and ensure the continuous development of internal procedures. The position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic and international environment. Support daily work plan management, including handling incoming requests and drafting responses Prepare materials for work plan reviews Support preparation of supervisory committee materials Analyse and optimise internal processes, ensuring compliance with decisions and legislation Contribute operational and strategic documentation Contribute to planning, implementation, and reporting activities related to programme and budget Minimum first-level higher education and at least 2 years of relevant experience in Management Strong knowledge of standard automated data processing tools Excellent organisational, time management, and coordination skills Strong analytical thinking and process improvement mindset Effective communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused Possession or eligibility to obtain a NATO SECRET security clearance Fluency in English Bonus: Experience in the cyber domain and working in an international organisation Diplomatic experience A role with meaningful impact on organisational quality and efficiency Being part of a phenomenal cyber defence and security community in Estonia and across NATO Opportunities for professional development and self-realization 35 days annual leave plus 1 extra free day every quarter Stebby sports and wellness compensation Employer's health insurance Flexible working conditions to support your personal needs The contract is concluded with the CR14 Foundation
