We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team and ensure efficient order processing and excellent customer service. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and a responsible attitude. Proficient computer skills (MS Office, email). Fluency in Russian is required. Knowledge of Estonian and English is an advantage. Valid Category B driver's license (required) Own vehicle is preferred Process and manage customer orders. Communicate with customers by phone and email. Prepare invoices and accompanying documentation. Monitor and maintain inventory records. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Arrange shipments through logistics and courier companies. Deliver orders to customers within the city when required. Maintain a high level of customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries Gross monthly salary of €1,500, plus a €150 monthly lunch allowance. Monday to Friday 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Full-time The Company offers a gross monthly salary of €1,500, plus a €150 monthly food allowance to cover lunch expenses.
