We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support Stebby's B2B Sales team in Estonia. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to ensure smooth sales operations, maintaining high-quality data reporting, supporting customer onboarding, and managing relationships with existing clients. This is a hands-on role where you will have a direct impact on operational efficiency and the way we engage with our customers. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth handling of client accounts and time-critical requests. Monitor and lead the timely renewal of commercial agreements and contracts to ensure continued customer engagement. Support existing B2B clients by helping resolve customer issues and strengthening relationships. Manage operational sales tasks related to customer accounts and manual platform administration. Maintain sales materials, ensuring they are accurate, up to date and well-organized. Collect, document and maintain an organized overview of sales and cross-functional initiatives. Ensure CRM data quality and keep customer information, pipelines and sales records structured and up-to-date. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks and find practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Structured and detail-oriented - you should enjoy organizing processes, maintaining data quality and helping the team to improve the way it works. Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, with both customers and internal teams. Proactive and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the confidence to take initiative. Familiar with CRM systems (Pipedrive) and comfortable with using various digital tools. Excellent in Estonian and English with strong presentation and communication skills.
