About the role As a Growth Analyst, you will take ownership of our campaign spending decisions and contribute to the marketplace's success by meticulously analysing the return on investment (ROI). With your expertise, we'll be able to accurately determine the most strategic allocation of resources, including the exact location, timing, method, and amount spent on campaigns. You will be working closely with other team members of the Growth domain, as well as Expansion Managers, Marketing and Operations teams. A Data Analyst will need to have good attention to detail and communication skills to succeed. Solid business sense and analytical mindset? You might be the campaign magician we’ve been waiting for. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own campaign spending decisions for your assigned markets and optimise such decisions to help the country team reach their growth targets Wrangle complex data sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests (and other experiments) and analysing results using statistical techniques in order to guide your decision-making Proactively working together with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations and local teams to drive collaboration and get the most out of our investments Identify valuable opportunities in the team and contribute to global campaigns team playbook, processes and product requests About you: BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data. Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or on-demand is a plus Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing Amazing SQL and Excel skills.
