About the role We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take the wheel of our rider acquisition strategy in select markets. In this role, you’re not just managing campaigns—you’re owning the performance marketing results in both new and established markets. You’ll have the autonomy to test bold ideas, own budget allocation, optimise across our core channels, and set the standard for what "good" looks like at Bolt - both in terms of channel setup and growth scaling. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own the end-to-end growth roadmap and lead budget experimentation strategies to maximize ROI and identify scalable opportunities across core business verticals for allocated markets. Design, manage, and scale high-impact performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring all activities are optimized for user acquisition and key business KPIs. Lead a rigorous testing culture by designing and executing tests for budget allocation, creatives, platform betas and optimisations to drive continuous growth improvements. Lead performance marketing user acquisition efforts in a given region / set of markets. This includes collaborating with local stakeholders and taking into account local context and market performance when planning experiments and executing optimisations. Deeply analyze creative performance across all platforms, translating data into actionable insights to guide the creative team and iterate on high-performing assets. Partner closely with Martech & Analytics, Brand, Vertical marketing teams to align on growth initiatives, experimentation, documentation of results. Monitor budget pacing and metrics (Paybacks, CPA, iROI) and provide data-backed recommendations for quarterly budget planning and performance reviews or marketing activities and proactively suggest adapting the best examples. About you: You have experience optimising and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with a deep understanding of ad platform mechanics and best practices, as well as technical setup. You have a proven track record of managing 5-digit (or higher) monthly budgets across multiple markets and taking full accountability for end-to-end growth roadmaps and ROI results. You have a strong analytical mindset, experience running incrementality and conversion lift tests to evaluate channel performance based on incremental CPA, ROI and payback, and are confident using web and app attribution tools such as GA4 and MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust or Singular. You can translate creative performance data into actionable insights for creative teams and analyse it effectively to help inform future production (basic knowledge of Figma or Canva a bonus). You are a self-driven project manager who independently ideates testing initiatives, creates comprehensive action plans, and communicates results clearly across cross-functional teams.
