About the role The Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in defining and scaling how Central Operations owns business-level driver and marketplace metrics, feature configuration governance and live feature performance across Driver and Marketplace topics. This individual will ensure markets are empowered to operate effectively while maintaining global consistency and marketplace health. The role is responsible for building structured monitoring frameworks, driving cross-functional alignment and creating scalable mechanisms that improve decision-making and operational excellence. Main tasks and responsibilities Own and define the core set of business-level metrics across Driver and Marketplace, ensuring clear definitions and alignment with Central Operations and Product leadership. Establish city-level diagnostic frameworks and playbooks that enable Central Ops and local teams to interpret metric movements and conduct root-cause analysis following feature enablement. Design and implement governance frameworks for feature configuration management, including guardrails, intake processes and approval criteria for local market requests. Own the gating and assessment process for market-driven feature configuration requests, ensuring consistency, scalability and operational feasibility. Implement closed-loop monitoring mechanisms to track the impact of configuration changes and ensure accountability post-launch. Maintain clear RACI and RAPID models across Product and Central Ops for feature rollout, testing, handover and live-market ownership. About you You have a proven experience in program management, marketplace operations or a related field. You have a strong understanding of marketplace mechanics and operational governance. You have a proven experience building scalable cross-functional processes and operating models. You have demonstrated ability to work with data and translate metrics into structured action plans. You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
