About the role Platform team operates across all Bolt verticals supporting business growth and success. The team tackles problems including geospatial (routing, ETAs etc), user identity and verification, user communications, internal tools, automation and customer support. As a Product Analytics Manager, you will lead the analytics function for our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group. Your teams own the complete support experience for Bolt users and build tools and technology for efficient workforce management. You will act as a cross-functional partner driving strategic decisions, while also enabling and growing a team of product analysts. You will be at the forefront of evaluating how Automation and Artificial Intelligence can bring value to the support experience and lead discovery to find product opportunities with an optimum balance between cost-effectiveness and quality support. Main tasks and responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing team of product analysts, raising the bar on quality, collaboration, and technical excellence. Own the analytics vision for the Tools & Workflow domain, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to shape strategy, influence prioritisation and surface the right opportunities. Audit analytical needs, align with product and business stakeholders on key definitions, and oversee the creation of accurate and scalable data products that drive smarter decisions. Define metrics that matter and set the gold standard for A/B testing, driving faster and better product decisions. Spearhead the development of analytical solutions, from self-service data products to automation impact measurement and conversational analytics. Own end-to-end analytical projects within the CS domain, from design to delivery, while enabling the team through best practices, training and adoption of new tools and methodologies. About you: You have a proven track record in data analytics within product companies, including managerial experience leading high-performing teams. You hold a university degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field. You rank your SQL skills as "outstanding" and Python/R skills as "profound", and you embrace AI-native workflows with a forward-looking mindset, always eager to adopt and grow new technical skills as the data landscape evolves. You have strong knowledge of BI tools, data visualisation, and a solid understanding of data architecture, with the ability to oversee the design of scalable and reliable data models. You have strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to decompose complex solutions into a clear narrative. You have a solid understanding of end-to-end A/B testing and experience with advanced experimentation such as time-based tests or other causal inference methods.
