About the role We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Senior Product Financial Controller to join our Finance Controlling team in Tallinn, Estonia. The Senior Product Financial Controller position is accountable for the integrity and accuracy of financial accounts of the Bolt Group, assuring and supporting that input is booked based on IFRS, helps setting adequate data and process controls relevant to own domains. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own complex accounting domains (global multi-entity topics, technically complex product flows, high-risk areas) and serve as the SME for the assigned area. Participate in month closing process and drive improvements relevant to own domains. Design, strengthen, and test internal controls. Lead technical accounting discussions and stakeholder alignment on judgments and positions relevant to owner domains. Review and challenge financial outputs, key reconciliations and variances to ensure the integrity of results. Partner cross-functionally (Product, Commerce, Verticals, Finance departments and other relevant) align financial logic and operational processes. About you You have a Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, or ACCA/CIMA/ACA certification. You have a strong understanding of the controlling function. You have strong commercial awareness and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have high integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance. You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex business environments. You are technology-savvy with proficiency in accounting and reporting software, Excel/GSheets, SQL.
