About the role As a Growth Analytics Manager, you will lead a small team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts while owning campaign spending strategy across your markets. You’ll drive marketplace success by combining hands-on analytics with strong leadership — ensuring smart, data-backed decisions that maximise ROI. You will work closely with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to turn insights into action. This role requires sharp business sense, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas. Ready to lead, optimise, and make a visible impact at scale? Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output. Own campaign spending strategy across assigned markets, optimising investments to maximise ROI and growth impact. Translate business goals into clear analytical priorities and actionable insights. Partner closely with Expansion, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to drive marketplace performance. Oversee experimentation roadmap (A/B tests and other analyses) and ensure rigorous interpretation of results. Identify scalable growth opportunities and contribute to improving team processes, playbooks, and decision-making frameworks. About you: 5+ years of experience in analytics or a related data field, including experience leading and developing teams. Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing, with proven experience designing and evaluating experiments. Advanced SQL and solid Python skills, complemented by hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Experienced in working with large, complex datasets and building scalable, reliable reporting and dashboarding solutions. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and actionable decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing non-technical audiences and driving alignment across teams in English.
