About Bolt Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding. And we're just getting started. Why join Bolt? Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities. Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth. Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry. Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia. About the role As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own and lead the full lifecycle of Bolt’s most strategically important external relationships. Operating across EMEA and beyond, you will manage a portfolio of high-impact partners—including global industry leaders such as Mastercard, Google, and Apple—driving revenue growth, distribution, and user acquisition. You will identify and unlock new partnership opportunities, structure and negotiate complex commercial deals, and directly influence Bolt’s product development and competitive positioning. Working closely with HQ and local teams across marketing, product, operations, legal, and finance, you will ensure partnerships are effectively launched and scaled. This is an exciting opportunity to build impactful relationships, launch strategic initiatives, and make a tangible impact on Bolt’s growth. Main tasks and responsibilities: Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap of partnership initiatives, aligning with Bolt’s overall growth objectives. Identify, evaluate, and develop high-impact partnership opportunities across distribution, payments, monetisation, loyalty, and integrations. Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, leading relationship ownership, performance tracking, and full lifecycle deal execution (structuring, negotiation, contracting). Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnership models across EMEA and other key markets. Lead cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, operations, legal, finance) to structure, launch, and scale partnerships effectively. Build scalable frameworks and playbooks, while owning success metrics, budgeting, and P&L to optimise partnerships for strong ROI. About you: You have proven experience in strategic partnerships or business development, with a track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships across EMEA and/ or beyond. You lead the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification and commercial negotiation through to execution, performance management, and renewal. You manage complex, senior-level relationships with global partners (e.g., Mastercard, Google, Apple equivalents), owning performance and P&L. You demonstrate strong commercial acumen across deal structuring, contract negotiation, and go-to-market strategy, consistently driving measurable ROI. You excel at cross-functional leadership, aligning marketing, product, legal, finance, and operations teams to deliver partnership outcomes at scale. You think strategically with a builder’s mindset, creating scalable frameworks and playbooks supported by a data-driven approach to performance tracking and optimisation. Why you’ll love it here: Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities. Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
