About the role You will drive Bolt’s ambition to significantly grow automated incentives management, reducing manual load on Growth Analysts and improving spend precision at scale. You’ll partner closely with Product Incentives, Engineering, and Data Science to close automation gaps, build AI-powered workflows, and make sure new solutions actually get adopted across markets Main tasks and responsibilities: Map automation coverage, identify gaps, and prioritise opportunities by impact Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to build and deliver automation solutions Own rollout and adoption of automated tooling, training, documentation, and ongoing support for Growth Analysts Build and maintain AI and automation workflows, including LLM-powered diagnostics and reporting pipelines Run office hours and demos to drive adoption across the Growth Analyst communit Define requirements and contribute to roadmap and KPI ownership for the Growth Analytics team About you: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field, with a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving. You have 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or a related role, working with large-scale datasets to drive business decisions and uncover growth opportunities. You possess strong SQL and Python skills and have hands-on experience working with modern data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar large-scale data environments. You have built and maintained automation workflows, including scripting solutions, data pipelines, orchestration tools, or other scalable processes that improve efficiency and decision-making. You have a solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing, and can confidently frame ambiguous business problems, challenge assumptions, and develop data-driven recommendations. You are an excellent communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience with LLMs, applied AI workflows, incentives, pricing, or BI tools such as Looker and Tableau is considered a strong advantage.
