We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cyber Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist to join our team and support the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of cyber defence exercises. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and monitoring exercise infrastructure, while enhancing monitoring capabilities, dashboards, and operational procedures. You will also contribute your technical expertise to conferences, seminars, and international events, helping to deliver high-quality cyber security training and collaboration activities. Plan, prepare, coordinate, and deliver the infrastructure monitoring aspects of cyber defence exercises, including the deployment, operation, and monitoring of exercise infrastructure before, during, and after exercise execution Develop, maintain and improve monitoring capabilities, dashboards and procedures to support cyber exercises and related events Contribute to the preparation, organisation and delivery of conferences, seminars and international meetings by providing technical expertise and supporting the development of programme content and presentations Higher education in the field (at least BA) Minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the field of cyber security and/or in information technology; Deep knowledge in administration of Linux and Windows operating systems and very good knowledge of the TCP/IP networking protocols; Knowledge of attack and defence methods of Linux and Windows based computer networks and web applications; Good knowledge of IDS, IPS and Firewall Systems; Good knowledge of event logging and relevant tools and scripting experience; Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Estonian is a plus; Position requires NATO SECRET Security Clearance or willingness to apply for it.
